Dehydrated NZ Green Lipped Mussels

The green-lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus) is native to the New Zealand coast. It has a bright green stripe around its shell and a distinctive green lip on the inside of the shell. Our mussels are dehydrated with low heat for at least 48 hours.
